The burners provide fast heat-up and strong, reliable performance, while the large oven easily takes 2/1 GN trays and offers even cooking throughout. The unit is built from tough stainless steel with cast-iron trivets, removable components and simple front-facing controls, making it easy to clean and maintain. Adjustable feet at the front and roller castors at the rear help with positioning and access during deep cleaning.
