Next day delivery is offered only on certain lines and as goods are delivered via the pallet network whilst it is most likely you will receive the goods the next day this can’t be 100% guaranteed. Most orders will be delivered between 1-3 working days however some brands/lines may vary to discuss the lead time of any of our equipment call us on 028 71 312 311.
Delivery Need to Knows
Deliveries are made via Pallet Network Ireland, pavement delivery only, outside premises. Drivers do not help with moving goods into premises, delivery excludes unpacking/unboxing, assembling items, positioning or commissioning, removal of old items, or waste disposal.
Make sure big items fit prior to ordering. Check measurements of all doorways and access points. Measure twice order once as we cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit.
Deliveries are normally made on big lorries with tail lifts, if there are any delivery restrictions which wouldn’t allow this size of vehicle please let us know as failed deliveries may incur charges

If an item is damaged upon delivery, do not sign for the order and call 02871 312 311, we will advise the course of action. If you sign for damaged goods and accept the order no claim for damage can be made with the insurer.
