CookRite Commercial Fryer 3 burner Single Tank Twin Basket Gas
This CookRite Commercial Fryer 3 burner deep fat fryer is equipped with 3 heavy-duty burners which are optimised for high gas efficiency and a standby pilot for fast ignition. A great addition to any commercial kitchen, this deep fat fryer is built with an imported, high-quality Robert Shaw thermostat with a temperature range of 93c to 205c. Thanks to its self-reset high-temperature limiting device, this fryer maintains consistent temperatures while its safety valve has automatic voltage stabilising functions for added protection. Made from durable stainless steel, this deep fat fryer is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean while its adjustable legs provide excellent stability. Perfect for all your deep fat frying needs, this fryer includes nickel-plated baskets. Features a Self-reset high temperature limiting device for added safety and oil cooling zone in the bottom of the tank, protected from food residue.
