The heat generated reacts quickly to changes in temperature to ensure no food is overdone, with cast iron hob supports to improve the responsiveness of the machine whilst protecting it from the intense workload expected in commercial kitchens. This is a countertop unit but can be fitted with an optional floor stand (not included).
