With very accurate temperature control backed by supporting features such as removable batter plates for maintenance access and an inclined base to drain excess oil, every element of this appliance has been planned out to assist you at every stage of cooking. The fully welded mild steel pan – which is much more robust than stainless steel – also features a dull finish for easier cleaning.
