Efficiently designed to heat quickly and then retain that heat for longer, this large surface Opus 800 Steel Griddle provides a large cooking area for meats, panini, eggs and other foods that can cope with the constant demands of the professional kitchen. To help increase efficiency and reduce running costs, the surface includes two independently controlled heat zones that can either can be used individually during quiet periods or for cooking two separate foods simultaneously, ensuring both products are cooked to the finest quality possible.
