Adjustable shelves and castors. It has a Digital controller and temperature display, Self closing doors and Replaceable door gasket
The doors accept 60×40 Euronorm trays (not supplied). Fitted with a Granite worktop suitable for pizza preparation. The topping unit ideal for 1/3, 1/6 and 1/2 size Gastronorm pans (max depth 150mm not supplied)
