The Winterhalter UC-L Bistro dishwasher is a truly versatile machine. Designed to be an all-in-one dishwasher and glasswasher combined, the UC-L gives you the option to clean whatever you need – whether that’s wine glasses, plates or utensils. The large-capacity baskets have a generous amount of space – perfect for busy pubs, restaurants and coffee shops, whilst the intuitive digital control panel makes it easy to start whichever programme you need. Maintenance is fuss-free too, thanks to easily removed wash arms and the self-cleaning cycle.

For maximum efficiency, choose the energy-saving heat recovery version. This innovation not only significantly reduces operating costs – it also removes the need for overhead condenser hoods. If installed in hard water areas, models with built-in water softeners are also available – please select from the drop-down.
